Oxygen Self-generated Firefighting Self-rescue Respirator

1Product Introduction

The HFZY30 Self-Generating Oxygen Fire Escape Respirator, independently developed and manufactured under the brand Tidentop Oxygen Shield, is designed in accordance with the XF411-2003 national standard for self-generating oxygen fire escape devices. It adopts a closed-circuit oxygen regeneration system, in which oxygen is continuously produced through the reaction of oxygen-generating agents with carbon dioxide and moisture exhaled by the user, thereby ensuring a stable oxygen supply for safe breathing.

This device features a one-inhale–two-exhale dual-loop circulation design, with specialized materials and channels that enhance internal heat dissipation and improve respiratory comfort. It is characterized by low breathing temperature, portability, comfort, and reliability, making it particularly suitable for confined spaces and public emergency safety scenarios. In the event of emergencies such as asphyxiation, fire, toxic gas leakage, or hazardous chemical spills, trapped individuals or on-duty personnel can quickly don the respirator to safely escape from dangerous environments.

      3.Usage Instructions

1Open the packaging and take out the respirator.

2Unfold the respirator and pull off the upper pull ring inside the hood and the lower pull ring at the airbag. If time permits, you may exhale 3–5 breaths into the mask before wearing it.

       (3)Put on the hood, tighten the straps, and breathe evenly—exhaling through the mouth and inhaling through the nose—then quickly escape to safety.

       4、Precautions

      1The respirator is for single-use only and is not intended for occupational protection. It is strictly for personal emergency respiratory protection and must not be used underwater. Opening the packaging is considered the start of use.


2)During vigorous activity, perform deep, steady breathing to balance oxygen intake and carbon dioxide exhalation.

3)This respirator is designed for storage; once placed, it should not be moved, struck, or disassembled, as this may cause accidental failure.

4When in standby, store the respirator at an ambient temperature 40°C, in a dry, ventilated, and easily accessible location, away from heat sources, flammable materials, and corrosive substances.

5)For first-time users, any unusual odor during breathing is normal and originates from the oxygen-generating agent.

6)After use or when discarding, disassemble the airbag, hood, and oxygen canister. Rinse the oxygen-generating agent thoroughly with plenty of water until no bubbles remain. Dispose of remaining parts according to local waste classification regulations. Do not discard used respirators indiscriminately, to prevent secondary accidents.

7)Personnel handling waste products should wear alkali-resistant gloves, dust masks, protective goggles, etc. In case of skin contact, rinse thoroughly with running water.

8The product has a shelf life of 4 years. The production date and batch number can be found on the product packaging.
