1.Introduction

According to XF411-2003 Standard of chemical oxygen firefighting self-rescuer strictly, the HFZY30 independently researched and developed by Tidentop Co. is a fully isolated self-generated oxygen self-rescuer that take advantage of potassium superoxide to absorb carbon dioxide and water vapor exhaled by the human body to generate oxygen self-circulation for the human body to breathe.

The device adopts one exhalation and two inhalation dual circuit circulation design. Its special fabrics and dual circuit circulation are made for internal control circulation heat dissipation, breathing smoothly and comfortably. With advantages of low breathing temperature, easy carrying, safety, comfort, reliability, this self-rescuer is especially suitable for restricted space and ground public security emergency field. When a disaster occurs the relevant responsible personnel can put on it rapidly, dealing with the situation and escaping from the danger timely.

3. Methods of application

1. Open the box and take out the respirator;

2. Unfold the respirator, then pull out the upper pull ring in the hood and the lower pull ring at the storage bag; if time permits, blow 3-5 breaths into the mask before wearing it;

3、Put on the hood and tighten the hood straps, and then exhale through the mouth and inhale through the nose. Breathe evenly and escape quickly.  


4、Attention 

1. The respirator for one-time use only, Only for personal emergency respiratory protection,  it CANNOT be used for operational protection. It is strictly prohibited underwater use. The box opened is considered to be used.

2. In the case of strenuous exercise, a deep exhalation and a deep inhalation are necessary to regulate the balance of the inhalation of oxygen and the exhalation of carbon dioxide.

3. The respirator is the storage type: once you fixed storage place, you should not move, knock or disassemble it, so as to avoid causing accidental invalidity.

4. When the respirator is spare, its storage of the ambient temperature should be under 40°C. It should be placed in the obvious, dry and ventilated place where is easy to take. It should be away from the heat source, and it CANNOT be stored with flammable and corrosive items.

5. For the first time wearers of this product, it is normal for you to smell something unusual, because this is the oxygen producing agent coming out.

6. This product’s oxygen agent is the superoxide potassium. The used or broken respirators need to be disposed correctly. First, separate the storage bag, hood, and the oxygen generating container. Second, wash the oxygen agent container with plenty of water until all the agent be rinsed off and no more bubble producing. At last, the left parts should be disposed according to garbage sorting standard. It is strictly prohibited to throw the used respirator indiscriminately, so as to avoid secondary accidents.

7. Disposal personnel of used products should wear alkali-resisting gloves, dust masks, blinder and so on. If you contact inadvertently with the chemicals, they should be repeatedly rinsed off with running water.

8. The product is valid for 4 years. The date of manufacture and batch number can be found in the outer packaging box.
